Bring Walk for Hope to Your Community
You don’t have to live near an official Walk for Hope event to be part of the movement. A Hope Walk gives individuals, families, companies, schools and community groups the tools to create their own Walk for Hope-inspired experience — wherever they are.
Gather your family, friends, coworkers, neighbors or classmates. Choose when and where you’ll walk. Set a fundraising goal. Then rally your community around a shared purpose: helping City of Hope bring new discoveries, innovative treatments and compassionate care to more people facing cancer.
Whether you walk to honor someone you love, celebrate a survivor, remember someone you’ve lost or simply make a difference, your Hope Walk becomes part of something bigger.
You Organize the Walk. We’ll Help You Bring It to Life.
When you register to host a Hope Walk, you’ll receive resources to help make planning and fundraising easy, including:
A host guide and planning checklist
Your own online fundraising page
Digital invitations and promotional materials
Social media graphics and sample posts
Fundraising tips, email templates and tools
Ideas for creating a meaningful Walk for Hope-inspired experience
Planning to go bigger? Hope Walks that meet qualifying fundraising levels may also be eligible to receive a Hope Walk event kit with select physical materials to help bring the Walk for Hope experience to your community.*
